Andrew Miller has always had a passion for real estate. Because of that passion, he decided to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. In 2005, Andrew put that plan into motion and began his adventure into the finance world at Countrywide Financial. Having seen the many ups and downs of the last decade of lending, he understands the importance of finding the correct mortgage for you and the impact it can have on your future. Andrew is able to explain the complicated loan process in an understandable way, which allows him to guide borrowers to the right loan to meet their needs. Andrew is a member of the Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce, a former Marine, and a Mason. He volunteers and sponsors numerous events around the lake and likes to give back as much as possible to his community. Andrew enjoys spending his down time with his fiancée Jessica, their daughter Madison, and their dogs, Nala and Simba. They are residents of Lake Wylie and can be found spending their time on the lake and grilling out with friends. Andrew has a passion for BBQ and cooking on his smoker, as well as trying new things. Andrew provides exceptional customer service and has a high regard for quality in his business partnerships. Jessica Coffin has been working as a mortgage processor for the last 13 years. She began her career in Portland, ME and relocated to the Carolinas in 2011. Jessica is well-versed in all major loan programs including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and NCHFA. In her down time, she enjoys singing, photography, and spending time with her family, as she recently became a first-time mother.
